Booking and Cancellation Policy

1-SCHEDULES:

-Entrance: From 4:00 PM.

Flexible hours are available after that time. We have a box containing the key to the exterior door; a code will be provided for key collection.

- Check-out: Until 12:00.

2- ADMISSION:

-In advance or on the same day of access to the property, check-in sent online by email, completing the personal data requested by the Ministry of the Interior for all persons over 14 years of age, according to Article 1 of Decree 1513/1959 of August 18.

- The data provided is under data protection.

- By signing this document you accept the rules for using the property.

3- PAYMENT OUTSTANDING:

-The outstanding amount for the entire stay will be paid upon delivery of the keys.

- Payment will be made via transfer, Bizum or cash to the account number or telephone number provided by the owner.

4- CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION:

4.1 - The client has the right to cancel their reservation at any time. However, the property reserves the right to retain payment as compensation if the agreed dates are not met.

-If the cancellation is made between 30 and 15 days before the start date of your stay, 100% of the booking will be refunded (0% retention).

-If the cancellation is made 15 days or less from the start of the stay, the reservation will not be refunded (100% retention).

-If you wish to change the dates of your stay, we will look for free days without penalty and with the best solution that least affects both parties.

4.2- If the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances of the client or the accommodation, Hitohouse will refund the deposit amount in full, and every effort will be made to find alternative accommodation or change of dates.

5- DAMAGES AND BOND:

-The customer will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse and the costs of its replacement.

- If deemed appropriate, the bank guarantee deposited by the client will be used to manage the repair of said damages.

-Tenants are required to use the facilities responsibly. In the event of evidence of vandalism or reckless use, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and the tenants must vacate the premises immediately.

-In case of loss of the keys, an extra €10 will be paid to the property owner for their replacement.

6 PLACES:

-The contracted capacity of the accommodation may not be exceeded.

-The stay or overnight stay of people other than those who have rented the rural house is not permitted.

7- PETS:

-Pets are allowed, upon request of the client and authorization of the owner.

-Damage caused by pets is the responsibility of their owner.

-The cost for the pet's stay is €8 per day, for extra cleaning of the property.

-Animals are prohibited from sleeping in them and on the sofa of the house; in such cases, bring blankets or sheets to cover the facilities.

-Failure to notify the property owner of bringing a pet will result in an extra charge at the end of the stay for inspection and cleaning.

-Pets will not be left alone on the property without owner supervision.

8- OTHER:

-Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

-Parties are not allowed in general, as it is a house in a quiet environment.

-The owners of the rural house are not responsible for the behavior and/or actions of the tenants.

-The residents' rest hours in the urbanisation will be respected from 12am onwards

Overnight stays in the accommodation's parking area with vans are prohibited; in such cases, the property reserves the right of admission. The parking area is exclusively for vehicles belonging to guests who have checked in at the property.

-Firewood and charcoal will not be provided for use of the outdoor barbecue and indoor fireplace; this is the responsibility of the user.

-Please help us by depositing the waste you generate in the containers at the entrance of the urbanisation.
